How do I actually make a booking?
Please visit risingstars.magicbooking.co.uk to set up an account and to make all bookings with us.
How do I pay?
We only take payments by Childcare Vouchers, Tax Free Credits. or by debit/credit card.
Details of which will be found in your invoice and confirmation email.
I need to cancel/amend my booking. How do I do this?
Cancellations can be made with 7 days notice.
Any cancellations with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund/credit/swapped session.
On holiday courses, do you provide lunch?
No we do not provide a lunch. For those attending from 8am we provide a breakfast, and for those staying beyond 4pm will be provided with a light tea.
All children will require a packed lunch if staying beyond 12pm.
We politely ask you to not include any nut based foods in your child’s packed lunch.
Is there a sample menu I can see?
Breakfast – cereals/toast/fruit/yoghurt
Light Tea – we offer a different light tea each day for example pizza wrap/chicken burger/spaghetti or beans on toast/pasta/sandwiches. All served with vegetables and followed by fruit, yoghurt and a biscuit/small cake.
Please ensure any dietary requirements are listed on your child’s account. We will always try to offer and alternative which is as close to the main food offer as possible.
How do I notify an absence?
If your child won’t be attending for any reason please email info@risingstars-wraparound.co.uk and copy your individual setting email too. This can be found on the locations page. You should also inform the school office.
