We look forward to welcoming your child on our holiday course.

Please use the main door or other known entrance for the site. Staff will be at the door during main drop off and collection times. If you would like to collect your child outside of these times, please use the doorbell or club phone as stated below. At some of our settings the main gates to the school may be locked at certain times so use the club phone to contact staff to unlock the gates for you.

Please ensure all emergency contacts, approved collectors and any medical and dietary needs are up to date and correct on magic bookings so we can be sure we have all the information needed to meet your child’s needs.

Your child should bring a packed lunch and a water bottle, please do not include items containing nuts as we run a nut free environment.

If you feel your child may need a change of clothes or a particular item for comfort please provide this.

Any medication must be provided with the original packaging with the child’s name and a medication form completed to allow us to administer medication.

Please speak to staff with any specific requests or questions we will do our best to help your child feel at home with us, we offer a range of activities and pride ourselves on creating a fun environment with choice for all ages to participate in something that suits them.
